Finding Time
For Fitness
With a little time management, a two-hour
fitness routine can be broken down to
better fit into your daily routine

In today’s busy world, time can be as valuable as money. One of the most common questions I receive is: “How can I find the time to fit a fitness training program into my busy lifestyle?”

It seems that everything around us now is designed to save time. This change in culture has programmed us to want most everything now. Just stop and think for a moment about how our country’s lifestyles have changed. For example, we use the drive-thru window instead of walking into a restaurant. Everyone carries a cell phone for instant

communication. Rarely do you see someone taking the time to find a public telephone.

When preparing meals, the range is too slow, so we now use the microwave oven. When you sit down to watch television you press the button on the remote control and it comes on instantly. You can even clap your hands to turn on a light. We speak faster now by using acronyms instead of saying the entire word. No wonder people have a hard time communicating. All of these changes have taken place to make life more convenient and to give us more time to accomplish other things.
