On www.Pageantrymagazine.com, we asked: “Who would you like to see Pageantry magazine feature in its new Pageantry SpotlightCast podcasts and why?” Here are the answers we judged to be the most outstanding. Each published response will receive a gift from PageantryMall.com.

Danny Boyle is the one, whom I would like to see interviewed and be more well known in the global film industry. Slumdog Millionaire—a masterpiece movie directed by Danny—is a unique one. I haven’t seen a movie of this type in any of the past or present times. It’s very important to project his thoughts to the world, as to what provoked him to make a movie of this kind. A movie that is the first of its kind.

Kim Kardashian is a beautiful person in- side and out and the perfect candidate to be interviewed by Pageantry magazine. Whether on the red carpet or in public, she always delivers a photo of elegance and grace. She carries herself with confidence and posi-tivity. Kardashian is always poised in whatever she is wearing and walks with a purpose.

She is even known for donating her fabulous outfits to charities everywhere. She uses her style and celebrity to give back to the less fortunate. Her involvement with various charities such as the Dream Foundation and Somaly Mam Foundation show her concern for helping children and women who are victims of disease and abuse. Not only does she reach out to help other people, she is an independent woman. She started her own business, by first auctioning her clothes on eBay, and then developed her own clothing store called DASH. On her blog, kimkardashian.celebuzz.com, she offers make-up and styling tips for everyday and everlasting beauty.

Ithink Cher should be considered and a good male choice would be Keanu Reeves. Cher has proven that getting older is getting better. Keanu Reeves is a great superstar. He has stayed out of the limelight, however he knows the importance of feeling for an ill sister, who is also very beautiful. I have been diagnosed with a disease and I get treatments. You can survive if you try, and if you have the look, use it.

Adreamer, a daughter, a sister, a mentor, a teacher, an advocate and my wife, LaQuisha Hall is a woman with a purpose that goes far beyond what is expected of her. She is an award-winning community service leader of the national Daily Point of Light Award, the local Maryland Good Neighbor Award and several pageantry awards. As Mrs. Maryland Galaxy 2009, a sexual abuse survivor and the International Spokesperson for Stop the Silence, LaQuisha actively promotes her cause, Stop the Silence! Sexual Abuse Education & Support, which presents a two-pronged approach—educating the public about the realities of sexual abuse and supporting survivors throughout the recovery process. LaQuisha is the founder of Queendom, where she mentors, encourages and teaches teenage girls about feminine etiquette and sexual abuse. I am submitting the name of my queen in hopes of helping her fulfill her goal of dispelling myths about sexual abuse and sharing recovery options internationally.

In Pageantry magazine’s podcasts, I would like to hear from The Secret Life of Bees’ Dakota Fanning, because she is always so sincere, so beautiful inside and out, and trying to be a normal 15-year old by going to a private school in Los Angeles, California, and taking up cheerleading. I believe that she should get involved with pageantry.

Ithink it would be really interesting and sort of humorous, too, to do some sort of interview with Sandra Bullock since she played a pageant entrant in Miss Congeniality and, in the sequel, also played a former pageant personnel. I know they are made up but I just think she is a talented actress and it would be fun to have her candid views on what she feels or enjoys, if anything, about pageants. I bet she would be honored to have you ask.

(Editor’s note: Sandra Bullock has been featured in Pageantry magazine for her performance in Miss Congeniality, and Pageantry was even featured in the film.)
